Whiting Woods

Whiting Woods offers its residents a secluded retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city life with its' mature oak trees and rural setting in the northeastern canyons of the Verdugos. It is not unusual to see deer browsing on lawns in the early morning hours or to see red-tailed hawks circling overhead in the afternoon sun. Yet, it is still close to all the city amenities. This neigborhood shares its name with the original subdivision, and has an active Homeowner's Association, around which many neighborhood events are centered.
